I’d say go with your own experience on Braun and don’t just rely on the marketing. The product itself has been fine for me, but I’m always a little skeptical when it comes to customer service because companies tend to sound helpful until you actually need something. So far, I’d keep expectations realistic and make sure you save your receipt just in case.

I picked this up for keeping my beard under control, it’s been handling the daily battlefield well. The precision is solid, especially when I’m trying to clean up the edges and not accidentally ruin my whole face in the process. It does struggle a bit with thicker patches, so it’s not some unstoppable grooming hero, but it definitely gets the job done. Easy to hold, simple to use, and overall I’d give it 4 stars.

It does still work when wet, so that part is fine I guess. But using it around water, it feels a little risky to me, like I’m not totally relaxed with it

I’ve had my Braun shaver for over a year now, and it’s literally still working just fine. The battery isn’t quite like it was when it was new, but i haven’t had any real issues with it so far...

I just needed to find one thing. Hopped on the site, clicked around a bit... and there it was. Super simple to use, no weird menus or anything. Nice when that happens

I had to send my Braun shaver in to get repaired . To be fair , they did fix the issue , so I can’t complain about that part . But the whole thing felt slow , and the updates weren’t very clear . I ended up checking in myself a few times just to find out what was happening . It wasn’t a terrible experience , but it definitely could have been a lot smoother .
